This September Dasa received its quality certificate according to ISO 9001:2008. It has taken us a year and a half to come this far. During this time we have gone from having a function-oriented to a process-oriented way of looking at our organization. This means that our whole organization has been surveyed and proper instructions have been written for all of our processes.
We have already experienced several benefits as a result of our quality system, not only internal benefits but also towards our customers. Our quality system focuses on our customers and keeping them satisfied is the main objective.
From now on we have hard work ahead of us, we must follow the stated goals and work towards a constant improvement.
